IfOVE DI\^NE ALL. L.OVE EXCELLING

Love divine, all love excelling,

Joy of Heav'n, to earth come down; Fix in us Thy humble dwelling.

All Thy faithful mercies crown. Jesus, Thou art all compassion.

Pure, unbounded love Thou art; Visit us with Thy salvation.

Enter ev'ry trembling heart.

Finish, then, Thy new creation;

Pure and spotless let us be. Let us see Thy great salvation

Perfectly restored in Thee; Changed from glory into glory

Till in Heav'n we take our place. Till we cast our crowns before Thee,

Lost in wonder, love, and praise.

HOW FIRM A FOUNDATION

'How firm a foundation, ye saints of the Lord, Is laid for your faith in His excellent word; What more can He say than to you He hath said To you, who for refuge to Jesus have fled? To you, who for refuge to Jesus have fled?"

'When thro' the deep waters I call thee to go Thy rivers of sorrow shall not over-flow; For I will be with thee thy trials to bless, And sanctify to thee thy deepest distress. And sanctify to thee thy deepest distress."

WHAT HATH GOD WROUOHT! Eight years ago we began day classes. With those who receive diplomas tonight, having completed the three year diploma course, we have graduated 53. Eight of these are now pastors, as well as two undergraduates. Nine are in the mission fields at home and abroad (in China two graduates; in Africa two graduates, and two undergraduates). Six are in war service now, some of whom will enter the ministry or missionary work after the war. Of those graduated tonight, one will enter the pastorate, another the army, but the pastorate later; another has been accepted for a South American mission. The others will engage in home or foreign work. Last year two of our graduates received diplomas from the Medical Missionary Institute of Toronto, and two others will be grad- uated tomorrow night. Thus we are beginning to reach the ends of the earth with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

This Institute is chartered by the Provincial Government, and our students are from different Protestant denominations. Tliis work is dependent for support on the gifts of Christian people. We need a liberal offering tonight to meet our Immediate obligations. Your name and address on the envelope will insure acknowledgment. We need your prayers and your financial support.

Thank you.

J. W. MAIIOOD, President
